Disney has some good news for its hourly employees.

The company will now be offering to pay full tuition for hourly workers who want to earn a college degree or finish a high school diploma.

Through "Disney Aspire," the company will cover all of the tuition costs up front, including application fees, books, and materials for its 80,000 workers.

At first, only online classes will be offered to employees who want a GED, bachelor's, or masters' degrees. Disney is currently rolling out its program in phases, with the first limited to online classes.

Is this a win-win for both parties?
