Alex Rodriguez Loses $500,000 Worth of Items in Car Robbery
He left valuables in his rental…now he’s A-robbed.
Most cops warn that this is a theives paradise, but apparently, this point managed to get by former Yankee Alex Rodriguez, whose rented SUV was robbed of more than a half-million dollars worth of possessions Sunday night.
A-Rod was dining with ESPN production crew in San Francisco when the incident took place. When he returned to the vehicle just before 11 p.m., he discovered it had been broken into and a number of his things were missing, according to a police report. A camera, laptop, jewelry and a bag, were some of the stolen goods according to police.
The San Francisco P.D. says the incident is “under investigation.” Meanwhile, A-Rod hasn’t said a thing about the crime.
