Would You River Tube in Asheville Before Summer Ends?
Tubing for me is relaxing and a great time. Once I took a tubing adventure with a friend who loved to kayak (she pulled me the whole way) but nowadays I like to float downstream with a bunch of friends.
One place where there are a lot of different tubing adventures is in nearby Asheville. So before the Summer is over, why not enjoy a nice cool, relaxing, and simply fun tubing trip. Below is a list of some places where you can join in on the fun.
Zen Tubing: No reservations are required for this one which is very unusual. They say they never run out of tubes (which is shocking) but they have two locations that run seven days a week. Groups of 15 or more receive a $5 per person discount. $20 per person for this adventure.
Lazy Otter Outfitters: They have a really cool Sierra Nevada Express trip that takes you to the brewery after your float! Prices vary with different adventures.
Asheville Outdoor Center: There are so many different options with this company. (Not just tubing!) However, if you do just want to park your butt in a raft and enjoy the float, you can enjoy the walk and tube.$23 per float for this adventure.
Wahoo’s Adventures: They actually have a Groupon going on right now which is awesome and a deal. $20 per person for this adventure.
French Broad Outfitters: You can rent a tube or bring your own. Either way, you are set for a fantastic time down the French Broad River. $20 per person for this adventure.
Sky Tubing: As their website says, the river float trip is a great way to celebrate birthdays, bachelor parties, or liven up a family reunion. $18 per person for this adventure.
