Our Fast Food Choices are Making the Crows Have Higher Cholesterol

Poor crows were sorry we love our burgers and french fries too much.

A research team at Hamilton College in New York examined 140 California crows and found that the more urban the bird, the higher its cholesterol.

The team then fed McDonald’s cheeseburgers to crows in upstate NY and found their cholesterol was higher than winged counterparts close by that had to fend for themselves. Wow.

That said, the study showed that the tests “didn’t seem to hurt” the birds. I guess the birds are like us after all...loving all that salty deliciousness.
