Prepare to Pick Pumpkins Near Charlotte
Pumpkin picking is one of my favorite things to do in the Fall. I love finding the perfect round pumpkin, some gourds and playing on the farm. Here is a list of some local places you can visit to get your Fall picking on!
Hall Family Farm opens Friday, September 27th, 2019 from 9 am to 10 pm. They offer a corn maze and pumpkin picking at this location. You can also enjoy hayrides, funnel cakes, strawberry picking, and family fun. Pricing varies for different attractions between $4 and $10. Pumpkin prices vary per weight. See more here.
Aw Shucks Farm opens Friday, September 20th, 2019 from 11 am to 10 pm. This location offers a corn Maze, hayrides, animal barn, grain bin slide, fishing (bring your own pole) a 1950s style soda shop, pumpkin market, 1800s train car, hay bales, corn hole, pumpkin bowling, and general store. It is $10 for general admission entry or $20 for the combo package that includes The 13th Acre. See more here.
Hodges Farm is open Saturday, September 28th, 2019 from 6 am to 9 am. They offer free parking, free admission, animals, hay bales, pumpkin patch, and hayrides. There is also a small general store on site. Pricing for pumpkins varies per weight. See more here.
Carrigan Farms offers apple picking starting September 7th, 2019 and pumpkin picking starting October 1st, 2019. The farm is open from 10 am until 3 pm on Saturdays and Sunday. See more here.
