I’m in Shock After This Airline Served “Dry, Granola Sandwich” For Breakfast

I mean I probably would have still eaten it, but come on man this isn't a hearty breakfast!

Pictures of what's being called a "granola sandwich" are going viral and it's the saddest first-class meal I've ever laid eyes on.

The photos posted on FlyerTalk shows granola on top of bread featuring strawberries. The posted called it, "the driest thing known to mankind." The meal has been served on American Airlines flights for breakfast. It is actually called the Waffle Brioche. It is supposed to include almond butter, strawberries, and granola on a waffle brioche.

When an American Airlines spokesperson was shown the picture, they said, "The sandwich shown in the photo is not up to our specification and we are re-evaluating this item."
