Governor Cooper Makes Announcement On Phase 2 For North Carolina

Things are about to be changing. It is important to know these new rules coming our way. North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper announced Wednesday that Phase 2 of his plan for reopening the state will start Friday at 5 p.m. The stay-at-home order has been lifted. Many rules are still in place.
The following places will open to limited capacities and with social distancing measures in effect:
- Dine-in eating
- Hair and nail salons, barbershops
- Churches
- Pools
The following places are still closed during Phase 2:
- Bars
- Nightclubs
- Indoor entertainment venues
- Public playgrounds
- Gyms
