T-Mobile Released A 5G-Inspired Gin
Yep, you read the title right. T-Mobile is now in the alcohol game. The company has partnered with Heritage Distilling Company to produce Ultra Capacity 5Gin and the Jones Soda Company to produce the Extended Range 5Ginger Beer.
As their site states,” Serving up the country’s largest, fastest, and most reliable 5G network to 300 million people wasn’t enough – now we’re bottling up the Un-carrier spirit to celebrate.”
T-Mobile didn’t fire up a distillery of their own but rather produced the gin from Heritage Distilling Company. This is one of the country’s top premier craft distilleries and the most awarded in North America by the American Distilling Institute for the past seven years.
T-Mobile now covers 300 million people with 5G and according to the company’s CEO, they hit that goal six months ahead of schedule so they decided to celebrate with the release of the new beverages. The gin and the beer both go on sale on June 24th at t-mobile5gin.com at 12pm. Bottles will sell for $30 and T-Mobile warns patrons that additional shipping costs and taxes, as well as availability, will vary based on different state’s alcohol rules.
