Eating More “Baked” French Fries Good For You
I know, I know. Lots of carbs. But hold on small fry! (see what I did there) Researchers from Perdue found that eating taters and baked french fries can help control your systolic blood pressure more than those supplements you may be taking? Really? Yes my friend, really.
As part of a new study that was published in the journal Nutrients. Researchers found taking potassium supplements does not help control your systolic blood pressure levels as much as eating potatoes and baked French fries. It appears that baking or broiling potatoes are the best way to preserve potassium. In summary, eating baked or broiled potatoes have the greatest impact on blood pressure. Here, I would suggest holding off on using salt.
What about the ketchup? Sorry Tater Tot, You’re on your own there. Check it out on YahooLIFE here.
