8 Castelvetrano olives, halved
2-3 tbsp of marinara sauce of choice
5 pieces of fresh basil
4 slices fresh mozzarella
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Method:
Preheat your oven to 425°. Layer your cauliflower crust with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, halved olives, fresh basil leaves and red pepper flakes. Bake for 12 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is browned. Serve with additional fresh basil leaves and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Enjoy.
