North Carolina Ski Resort Makes The Most Instagrammable List
The colder weather is officially here. This morning it was 45 and I was ready to put on my fleece and sip hot cocoa. This means ski season is here too.
the sports nutrition brand, MyProtein.com searched through Instagram and looked at over 450 ski resorts across the US and Canada. By analyzing millions of photos, they were able to see which ski destinations were being tagged in the most posts. Out of 50 destinations, a North Carolina popular ski resort made the list.
Whistler Blackcomb took the top spot, with almost 3.2 million posts featuring the popular resort. Utah’s Park City Mountain came in second place, with over 1.6 million tagged posts, followed by Vail with over 1.5 million posts. Taking spot number 28 was north Carolinas very own Beech Mountain. there were a total of 61,417 Instagram posts tagged at this location.
