Taco Tuesday is about to get a new destination. The build your own taco restaurant Condado Tacos, with 29 nationwide locations, is set to open its first North Carolina location. The chain is primarily in Indiana and Ohio with 2 locations in Nashville and a few others scattered across the region. Condado Tacos offers build-your-own taco options as well as specialty tacos.

Conado Tacos will be located at 1515 S Tryon Street in Southend. The opening is set for late May of 2022.

The menu features a wide array of dip options including multiple versions of queso, guac, and salsa. Specialty tacos include several options of chicken, beef, chorizo, pork, steak, and vegetarian options. But what I'm looking forward to most? The build-your-own taco (and also bowls and nachos). Choose your base, protein, toppings, salsas, and sauce options. The possibilities are essentially endless and I'm down to try them all.
