New Menu Items Coming To North Carolina Shake Shack Locations

Get excited North Carolina! Shake Shack is releasing two new menu items: a new Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and Buffalo Spiced Cheese Fries. And both are coming just in time for some of the biggest sporting events of the year.

Shake Shack’s new Buffalo menu is the perfect alternative to those sticky, messy wings. It’s all the flavor without the mess. No wipes required. The new menu items are a spin on two Shack classics, the Chicken Shack and Crinkle Cut Fries. But these iterations use Shake Shack’s proprietary Buffalo Sauce to spice it up a notch What you get is a take on the classic, but with more pronounced vinegary notes and a touch of garlic. Shake Shack is also putting an end to the great ranch vs. bleu cheese debate with its ranch sauce – the better compliment to tangy Buffalo Sauce – which offers a flavorful, dairy-rich note and a cooling effect. Well, that part comes straight from them. Sorry, I’m team blue cheese over here.

Here are the descriptions of the new Shake Shack menu items. If your mouth waters don’t blame me.

Buffalo Chicken Sandwich: Crispy, hand-breaded, expertly seasoned, antibiotic-free chicken breast cooked sous vide for the perfect texture, covered in Buffalo Sauce and topped with ranch sauce, served over pickles and shredded lettuce on a toasted potato bun.

Buffalo Spiced Cheese Fries: Crispy crinkle cuts topped with cheese sauce and dusted with Buffalo seasoning, served with ranch sauce. Not a cheese fan? Not a worry. You can still get the Buffalo Spiced Fries without the cheese.

Both products will be available at Shake Shack locations nationwide, including those here in NC, from January 28th through April 25th. But Fans can snag early access beginning Jan. 25 through the Shack App. The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich will cost you $7.79 while the cheese fries come in at $4.79.

  I love this park. It is located between Durham, Cary, and Raleigh in North Carolina, across 5,579 acres of land. With its wooded paths and trails and beautiful lakes, it is certainly one of the must-see places to visit in North Carolina for nature lovers. The William B. Umstead State Park offers many different ways to spend your time. Hiking, cycling, walking, running, and even canoeing or paddle boating can all be done.

• See A Durham Bulls Game

  Baseball your thing? You should catch a game if you are in the Durham area. Durham Bulls are a minor league baseball team in North Carolina and are a great way to spend time with family and friends. Around the stadium, there is also a lot to do after the game. It is located in the historic tobacco lane, which has shops, picnic areas, and more!

  Beautiful beaches can be found in North Carolina. Since the 1930s, North Carolina beaches have been a top destination for families. You could visit the Outer Banks, Wrightsville Beach, or even Topsail Beach. Rental cottages and beach houses are popular on the coast as people go to escape the heat, enjoy the ocean breezes, swim in the Atlantic waters, and have a good time with friends and family.
