Frustrated with the pandemic and need to let out some of your emotions? One North Carolina Church gave its community the chance to do just. Duke Memorial United Methodist Church recently hosted what they called a “scream night".  It was a chance for people to literally scream about their frustrations, many of which were related to the seemingly never-ending COVID-19 pandemic.

The Durham church hosted held the event this past Saturday with people. According to The Christian Post the church hosted the “scream night” because “our emotions have been building up over the last two years as many of us have been stuck at home without our normal outlets that let our emotions move through our bodies and our brains.”

The church plans to host another "scream night" soon.
