Fox 8 reports that the American Idol star has listed his home in Raleigh, North Carolina for sale. What could be better you ask? The home is under 7 figures! According to Fox 8, the Raleigh home is listed at $980,000. Aiken purchased the 4,277-square-foot home in 2018 for $655,000. The home is 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom.
The Raleigh native has released multiple albums since his appearance on the second season of American Idol in 2003. His first album went multi-platinum and sold over 5 million copies, says Fox 8.
Realtor.com describes the home as a charming brick-style home built in 1994. The single-level ranch home comes with a two-car garage and multiple decks for you to enjoy. For photos of Aiken's home, click here.
