Do you enjoy getting some good rest? Do you enjoy a good nap? Or maybe you go to bed early so that you can get a long, full night of rest. Well, not everyone is able to get the best sleep. It’s kind of crazy to think that some areas specifically get better sleep than others. How cool is that?

U.S. News reports the top U.S. cities for sleep health in a new study. Poor sleep refers to those who do not get enough sleep consistently. Whenever you don’t get enough sleep, the decline can lead to heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and others. Getting more sleep will help you get better with your overall health and energy throughout the day. U.S. News ranks the top 10 cities best for overall sleep health. One North Carolina city not only made the top 10, but came in at No. 2. Check out the full top 10 list below:

  3. Fort Worth, TX
  4. San Diego, CA
  5. Colorado Springs, CO
  6. Albuquerque, NM
  7. Tulsa, OK
  8. Omaha, NE

  10. Tucson, AZ
