America is pretty old, right? We’ve been here for quite some time. In America, some of the oldest cities that some of us call home are those that were here before the Revolutionary War. These cities are not only the oldest but they are home to some of the most historic and beautiful moments.

But it’s good to know which are some of the oldest in the country. The Carolinas are both pretty old, so we can only imagine how old the cities are in each state. South Carolina is home to one of America’s oldest cities. Not only is it the oldest, but it’s where I call home. Charleston, South Carolina is one of the oldest cities in South Carolina but also the country. Charleston came in at No. 11 and was founded in the 1600s. Clearly, before any of us were even here.
