Here’s What Your Neighbors *Actually* Think Of Your Holiday Decorations
One of the most beloved holiday traditions is all of those decorations. Who doesn’t love decorating for Christmas, Halloween, and other holidays? But what do your neighbors think of your choice in holiday decorations and when you decorate? Well, HomeAdvisor asked so you don’t have to. And while some of their findings I could have guessed, others came as a bit of a surprise.
Here were some of the key takeaways:
- Three out of four Gen Zers preferred sparkling or flashing Christmas lights over standard lights, while millennials liked them the least.
- More than one in five respondents said neighbors leaving their holiday decorations up for too long had a negative impact on how they perceived them.
- One out of four respondents got the inspiration for their Christmas decorations from TikTok.
- Almost half of the respondents felt inspired to decorate their home for Christmas.
