We all know that planning a wedding can be extremely difficult. It is a stressful and long process that does all pay off in the end when you get to marry the person of your dreams. Many people opt-in and hire a wedding planner as it is one of the easiest ways to release some of that stress. Of course, sometimes the destination of your wedding can be all that determines the potential ending cost.

Wallet Hub knows and compiled a list of the best cities across the country that are great for a wedding. They compared over 150 U.S. cities to find the cheapest and most convenient wedding destinations. Crazy enough, Charlotte ranked pretty high on the list. How great is that? But, there were some other Carolina cities that you may want to look into. If you're planning a wedding in 2023 or recently got engaged, it's time to start contemplating your options. Check out some of the best cities in the Carolinas to get married in.

13. Columbia, SC

Columbia, South Carolina ranked as No. 13 out of 182 on the list of best places to get married in 2023. Between the views, the attractions, and the cost you could save a great amount of money getting married here.

20. Charlotte, NC

Coming in at No. 20 is Charlotte, NC. Get married right here in the Queen City and save so much money and still have a great view!

28. Charleston, SC

Now, this one is one is not surprising. Charleston is a beautiful place and many, many people choose to get married here. I am not sure how "cheap" it is to get married in Charleston so that is pretty shocking to have this on the list.

48. Fayetteville, NC

Head to Fayetteville, NC and get married this year. Fayetteville came in at No. 48. That isn't quite as high, but it is pretty good overall.
