Tax day this year lands on April 18th, 2022 and North Carolina has some deals and free stuff for you. Of course, some people look forward to filing their taxes as they’re able to receive a refund check. Meanwhile, others dread this process because they end up having to pay the government back. I luckily got a little back in my wallet this year. That is a rare case.

  • Steak ’n Shake

    All shakes and drinks are half-off on weekdays from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. at Steak ’n Shake, which will go well with any of the restaurant’s delicious burgers.

  • Village Inn

    For a limited time, every Monday and Tuesday, kids eat free when they order from the Village Inn Kids’ Menu (with the purchase of an adult entrée). The offer is good for one child 10 years or under.

  • Sonic

    After you submit your taxes on April 18, head over to the Sonic app or order online to indulge in one of the restaurant’s half-priced drinks and slushes.

  • Pizza Hut

  • Smokey Bones

  • Red Lobster

    You’ll be grateful Tax Day fell on a Monday this year when you stop by Red Lobster for the Ultimate Endless Shrimp Monday.   • Olive Garden

    On April 18, celebrate filing those taxes with the entire family at an Olive Garden location near you where you’ll be able to enjoy Family Style Meals such as lasagna starting at $66.99. All meals come with complimentary salad and breadsticks.

     

  • Panda Express

    Now until April 17 (one day before Tax Day), Panda Express is offering guests who buy the Wok Fired Shrimp entrée (Bowl, Plate, Bigger Plate, Cub Meal, or Family Meal) a free Small Entree of your choice.   • Chili’s
