Wallet Hub reports that there are two major factors leading to the “Great Resignation” era. Those factors include incentives from changing jobs and the urge to quit jobs strongly impacted by the pandemic. This new resignation era is showing millions of Americans quitting their jobs each month.
Wallet Hub took a look at data across all 50 states and the District of Columbia based on how frequently people are quitting their jobs. With this information, they were able to rank the states in order with the highest resignation rates for 2022. Check out the list of the states with the highest resignation rates.
