This is North Carolina’s Favorite Christmas Song
Yeah, it’s that time of year! I know, we have not made it to Thanksgiving yet but there are tons of Christmas songs that we all know and love. Whether or not you have your Christmas tree up yet, you can start somewhat preparing for what is to come. There are tons of Christmas songs that we all know and love and sing along to all season long. From the traditional ones you heard at church, the ones you heard in your favorite kid movies, or even the ones your parents played all of the time.
Well, Verizon Specials is naming the top Christmas song in every single state. Of course, we wanted to take a look at what the North Carolinians are singing along to. Well, let’s talk about all of the top festive findings that they were able to see. The obvious, Mariah Carey’s All I Want for Christmas Is You was the most searched Christmas song and tops the list for many states every single year. We all know we’re bound to hear that song at least 10 times per month, between November and December when the season comes along. But, what song is North Carolina’s favorite? In North Carolina, we’re singing along to Jingle Bells over and over again. Personally, this is not one of my favorites but it is for sure a classic. I can see why so many people enjoy Jingle Bells. A total of 5 states (including North and South Carolina) voted Jingle Bells to be their favorite Christmas song. What’s your favorite Christmas song?
