We Are All About to Witness the World’s Longest Lunar Exclipse

Who doesn’t like to gaze at the moon from time to time?

On the night of July 27, some people will be able to watch the 21st century’s longest lunar eclipse, lasting 1 hour and 43 minutes.

This lunar eclipse will transform the moon into a reddish orange color and the Earth casts a shadow on the moon. For those of us residing in the U.S., the lunar eclipse will start around 1:14 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
