On December 30th the state updated its guidelines for schools to align with the new CDC guidance. Anyone who tests positive, but does not have symptoms, can return to the classroom in five days as long as they remain masked at all times. Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools will follow the covid toolkit released by the state.

Umstead State Park offers many different ways to spend your time. Hiking, cycling, walking, running, and even canoeing or paddle boating can all be done.
