North Carolina, y’all have good taste. If you know me you know I’m a massive Taylor Swift fan. Yeah, I know everyone these days seems to be. But I’ll gladly challenge you. That’s why when I was sent this study it certainly piqued my interest. Our friends at USBettingReport.com analyzed Google Search trends to determine the most popular Taylor Swift album in each state. There is no shortage of new Taylor music these days. So picking a favorite Taylor Swift album is a daunting task.
Since 2022 she’s released three brand new studio albums Folklore, Evermore, and Midnights. And that’s not all she’s also in the process of re-recording her early work which has given us new versions of 2008’s Fearless and 2012’s Red. With all that plus many other albums full of hits and beloved tracks, it can be hard to determine a favorite album. In fact, I can’t pick just one. While I love her new work, Fearless and Red are two albums I have very strong emotional ties to and therefore will always be my personal favorites. In fact, I can’t imagine that any album could ever mean as much to me as Fearless does. But as a whole North Carolina seems to prefer her more recent work. Which I can completely understand. And based on how these rankings were conducted it also makes sense that her newer work would rank the highest.
