Holiday cocktails make any get-together better. I love a good-themed drink that fits the season and decor of my home. Something about a nice aesthetically pleasing drink that just sets the tone.

This year, we’re getting ready to celebrate the holidays and it’s time to get your bartending kits ready to go. Let’s enjoy this season with some holiday drinks and start making up some of your favorites. I picked some of my go-to cocktails that I plan on trying this year and wanted to share with you all. Of course, be sure that you are over the age of 21 and drink responsibility. Check out some holiday cocktails you should give a try at home.

• Christmas Citrus

  What You Need:

  • Vodka
  • Freshly squeezed clementine juice
  • Pomegranate juice
  • St. Germain

• Christmas Margarita

  What You Need:

  • Tequila
  • Lime juice
  • Cranberry and rosemary syrup
  • Sea salt
  • Frozen cranberries

  Christmas Margarita. Recipe below lemonatas. 60ml tequila 22.5ml lime juice 22.5ml cranberry & rosemary syrup* Sea salt (for rim) Rim your rock glass with sea salt. Do this by running a citrus wedge around the top of the glass and then crunching in to sea salt. Make sure to leave a mouth gap space. Put all liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake hard until shaker has frosted over. Double strain into rock glass filled with ice and salted rim. *Cranberry & Rosemary Syrup 2 cups frozen cranberries 1 cup caster sugar 11/2 cups water 8 long sprigs rosemary (just leaves) Place all ingredients in a low pan and bring to a high simmer. Once high simmer is reached let the syrup gently bubble away for 8-10 minutes, making sure you remove before your rosemary leaves start turning dark. When cranberries begin to soften, using a back of a spoon press down to release their juice. Pour into a container and store in a fridge overnight before straining. To strain, make sure you press down heavily in your sieve to release all your liquid, this will take some pressure and time. #christmas #margarita #christmascocktail #cocktail #drinks #christmasinspo #cranberry
