Adam Sandler is adding to his already busy film schedule and swinging back around to his stand-up comedy/music roots. Sandler has announced that he’s hitting the road for a stand-up tour this fall, his first since 2019.
According to Consequence, the 15-city arena tour kicks off on October 21st in Allentown, PA, and will feature a currently unannounced surprise guest. Sandler’s tour includes a couple of stops in the Carolinas. He’ll be in Greenville, SC (Bon Secours Wellness Arena) on November 11th and Raleigh, NC (PNC Arena) on November 13th.
In recent years, Adam Sandler has put his acting skills on display in more dramatic vehicles, such as 2019’s Uncut Gems and this year’s Hustle. His upcoming films projects include a sci-fi film called Spaceman; a comedy called You Are SO Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah!, co-starring Adam’s wife and two daughters; and a sequel to 2019’s Murder Mystery, reuniting Sandler with Jennifer Aniston.
Tickets for Adam Sandler’s 2022 tour go on sale Friday, September 16th at 10:00 a.m. local time through Ticketmaster. There will be a pre-sale on Thursday, September 15th. Since he’s coming to the Carolinas in November, we can probably count on hearing “The Thanksgiving Song” (below).
