During his decorated career, Johnson is a seven-time champion in the top division of Nascar. He will join both Richard Petty and Dale Earnhardt for the most titles in the history of the sport.
Johnson also won the Daytona 500 twice and showed off to the crowd here in Charlotte after winning the Coca-Cola 600 FOUR times. Not to undermine the rest of his major victories, he has won the Brickyard 400 a total of four times and wone the Southern 500 crown twice as well.
Five of seven Nascar championships for Johnson all came in a row from 2006-2010. He would later win again in both 2013 and 2016.
