Charlotte’s Newest Grocery Store Opens This Friday
Good news Queen City! Charlotte’s newest Grocery Store Sprouts Farmers Market is opening this Friday. Sprouts will open its newest store in the Steele Creek neighborhood of Charlotte on Nov. 17. Doors will open at 7 am following a 6:45 am ribbon-cutting ceremony. The store is located at 14124 Steele Creek Rd.
Like any good grand opening, there will be plenty of events throughout the weekend for shoppers to enjoy. Look for the “pop-up party” out front where guests will have the chance to taste seasonal produce from the tasting bar. The whole family can play games, have their face painted, watch artists carve large produce, participate in a special “guess the weight” contest of an oversized piece of produce, and more.
If that isn’t enough the first 200 shoppers on both Friday and Saturday will receive a free reusable goodie bag. The bag will be filled with special products and samples. And on Sunday starting at noon dog lovers can take home dog treats from Bundle X Joy. And fun for the kids as well with a reusable coloring tote activity, while supplies last. And the entire weekend will feature music and prize giveaways.
