North Carolina: The Nikki Glaser Tour Is Coming Through, What You Need To Know
Stand-up comedian Nikki Glaser was a star performer at Netflix’s Tom Brady roast. If you were one of the many who cracked up at Glaser’s jokes, you’ll be thrilled to know that the Nikki Glaser Alive and Unwell stand-up comedy tour will be coming through North Carolina later this year.
From the start of Glaser’s set at the Brady roast, nobody was safe. From Kevin Hart to Rob Gronkowski, before getting to the GOAT himself, Glaser had heavy-hitting jabs at each one of them that resulted in an uproar of laughter.
“Glaser is an accomplished comedian who said this show was unique, noting it was the biggest crowd she ever performed for,” Today.com said.
This is all great timing, as Glaser has quite a busy agenda for the remainder of the year. On Saturday May 11, Glaser’s special premieres on HBO. “Glaser is as real as it gets and as funny as they come, and on May 11, there are two ways to soak her in. “Someday You’ll Die” on HBO or at the Palladium during the Netflix is a Joke Festival,” the Los Angeles Times explains.
Glaser will then end the month by kicking off her 29-date comedy tour in Stateline, Nevada.
Here Are The North Carolina Nikki Glaser Tour Dates
Glaser will actually be coming through North Carolina twice over the next few months. The dates and theaters are detailed here below.
- Ovens Auditorium in Charlotte on July 13
- Wilson Center at Cape Fear Community College in Wilmington on November 15
We should note that the show right after Wilmington is in Greenville, South Carolina. Tickets for most shows currently start at just under $40 per seat.
Prior to pulling into North Carolina, Glaser also has tour date stops in major markets within Texas, New England, and California, before ending the tour in Nashville, Tennessee.
In the meantime, Glaser’s “Someday You’ll Die” HBO special will be accompanied by a song by the same title. It was written and performed by Glaser, who learned to play guitar during the pandemic. We don’t know if Glaser will perform the song live at the upcoming shows, but if this week is any indication, the crowd will certainly be belly-laughing.
“For nearly two decades at clubs across the country, and as the host of three hit podcasts, Nikki has been honing her shockingly honest, no-holds-barred style of comedy,” her official bio states.
