Natonals Take Commanding Lead in the NLCS
After a brutal 8-1 beatdown of the St. Louis Cardinals, the Washington Nationals are only one win away from reaching the world series.
The Washington Nationals are just out playing the St. Louis Cardinals in every aspect of the game.
The starting pitching from the Nationals has been nothing under elite. Taking every game deep, they have recorded three straight quality starts.

Hitting has also been a strong point for the Nationals thus far in the playoffs. Through three games in the Championship series, scoring 13 runs in three games.
Up 3-0 game 4 will take place in Washington D.C, tonight at 8:05. Patrick Corbin will be on the mound for them tonight as he looks to lead the Nationals to their first ever world series apperance.
Dakota Hudson will appear tonight for the Cardinals. The 25-year-old righty has only been seen in one game this post season. In that single appearance, he went 4.2 innings with 2 strikeouts and a 1.93 ERA.

With their backs against the walls, do the Cardinals have what it takes to bounce back in this series?
Is the pitching staff of the Washington Nationals too much for the St. Louis Cardinals?
