Nationals Make First World Series Apperance
After an absolute dominant series against the St.Louis Cardinals, the Washington Nationals will appear in their first-ever fall classic.
It was Patrick Corbin who took the mound for the Washington Nationals in last night’s series-clinching win.
Corbin dealt five crucial innings for the Nats allowing only four runs on four hits while recording twelve strikeouts.

The Nationals have joined the Florida Marlins (2003) to be the only teams to ever win a pennant without ever leading the division at any point in the regular season.
So far this postseason, the Nationals have comeback to win the Wild Card game, defeated the best team in the National League, and swept the Cardinals in the Championship series.
Did you ever doubt the Nationals?
Not only are their starters pitching well, but their bats are also getting the jobs done scoring more than five runs in two of the four games.

Ryan Zimmerman is the first player ever drafted by the Washington Nationals and he has helped the club reach their first-ever World Series appearance.
Would you like to see the Nationals win it all?
Who do you think they will end up playing?
