It seems like this year, more than most, tough times visited everyone. So, it’s not just about your physical health, but a combination of physical and mental well-being. Just last year, my husband and I made a big shift to healthy eating habits. And, we lost a combined total of 150 pounds. We feel wonderful. But, we still need to look after our emotional health, too.
