How Did You Decide Your Favorite Sports Team?
Everybody has their own favorite sports team. The question is how did you decide on your favorite sports team? There are many different ways people decide who to root for. Some people were born into a sports team. The team they root for is because their family members have been rooting for the same for years. The family has rooted for the same team since you were born so you basically have it embedded in your brain that is the team you are going to root for and make your favorite.
Who’s Your Favorite Sports Team?
The way some decide on a team is by liking a player. Some people like the team because their favorite player plays for the team. I think this was true with the Chicago Bulls of the 90’s aka the Michael Jordan era. I don’t think a lot of people were Chicago Bulls fans before Jordan got there. I would credit Jordan with building the entire Chicago Bulls fanbase.
Another way people decide on their favorite team is just by simply rooting for the team that is in the city they live in or close to the city they live in. These types of fans are called hometown fans. These fans are usually diehard fans not only of the team but of the city they live in.
The way some people decide on their favorite team is by growing up and doing their own research. Some others believe it or not like a team because of the color of the uniforms.
No matter how you pick your favorite team pick a side and stay there rock with them. Well unless you are a Dallas Cowboys fan, then I would say leave because I don’t believe in abusive relationships.
